Down South RV Park is an RV camping site located in Opp, Alabama.

We offer a unique camping experience with on-site food trucks and events. Our rates start at $45 per night.

We also offer spacious 35 x 60' RV sites (and larger) !

With nightly, weekly and monthly stays available, you will find premier amenities such as our general store, propane refill station, bath houses and more. We also offer golf cart rentals, pet friendly options and after hours check-in support. Our site is only one hour away from the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches.

In addition, we are just five minutes away from the 2,307 acre Lake Frank Jackson

and five miles from the South Alabama Motor Speedway.

Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

OUR FACILITIES

At Down South RV Park, we offer various facilities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Our sites are spacious and equipped with water and electric hookups. We also have a dump station on site for your convenience. In addition, we have a private BBQ area and fire pit for you to enjoy with your family and friends. Our exercise facilities also offer another option to a long day of exploring. We also offer golf cart rentals for you to explore the beautiful surroundings. Our bath house facilities are maintained to the highest standards to ensure your comfort and hygiene.
